These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Valley Harvest website and any orders placed with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We'll notify you as soon as possible if any item in your order is unavailable, and offer a substitution, refund, or credit for that item.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, though changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout via card or Afterpay, where available.
We currently deliver across the South Coast and Southern Highlands of NSW, and also offer a Click & Collect option for orders you'd rather pick up yourself. See our Delivery Area & How It Works and Shipping & Delivery pages for coverage, schedules, and fees.
Subscription boxes renew automatically at the frequency you select (weekly or fortnightly) until cancelled. You can manage, skip, or cancel a subscription using the Manage Subscription link shown after checkout, or by contacting us directly. Cancelling stops future deliveries but does not refund deliveries already dispatched.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. See our full Refunds & Returns policy for details.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site or its ordering systems. All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Valley Harvest and may not be reproduced without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Valley Harvest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond what is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
