We currently deliver across the South Coast and Southern Highlands of NSW, including Kiama, Berry, Nowra, Ulladulla, Bowral, Moss Vale and Mittagong. See our full Delivery Area & How It Works page for the complete list of suburbs we cover.
Cut-off times vary slightly by area — your exact delivery day is confirmed at checkout.
Delivery is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 carry a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Choose Click & Collect in your cart and select from the available collection dates — no delivery fee applies. Our pickup address and collection instructions are shown there once you select this option.
All orders are hand-packed into insulated delivery boxes with ice packs to stay cold in transit. Please refrigerate perishable items as soon as your delivery arrives. Leave your empty box out next delivery day and we'll collect it for reuse.
If no one is available to receive a chilled delivery, our driver will leave it in a safe, shaded spot where possible and notify you by SMS. If a safe spot isn't available, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery.
Occasionally, weather, public holidays, or high demand periods may affect delivery times. We'll always notify you by email or SMS if your delivery is delayed.
